Parents’ Voices in school matter. We want to know what you think and how we can work together to make Eastfield the best it can be for all our community.
If we were able to, we would hold and an open forum for parents and carers to informally meet with Ms Ellis and various other staff to share views and constructively discuss ways in which we can help to support and improve the school.
Currently, this is not possible.
However, we will continue to use forms to gather opinions and will have a parents voice spot on all of our newsletters.
Parents’ Voice is not about fundraising or governing the school, it’s about creating a platform for parent’s voices to be heard, creating opportunities for parents to be involved in school matters, encouraging parents as volunteers and improving communications between the school and the parents/community.
Some of the issues to discuss include:
- parking and traffic issues around school
- homework
- end-of-year report formats
So, if you have an opinion about any of these issues, or others, please come and join us virtually to give your input in order to positively influence the school.
